Wildlife conservation is a team journey.

From Humble Beginnings

Wildlife Paws was born in 2018 when two French women fell in love with South Africa’s landscapes and biodiversity, Flore & Zoé. Joined by two inspiring South African women and supported by their families,

they created Wildlife Paws and formed a close alliance with Dullstroom Bird of Prey & Rehabilitation Centre.
Our mission has always been simple: rescue, rehabilitate and release.

The Animals We Care For

Our location allows us to care for a wide range of species, from tiny monkeys to larger mammals.
We do it all — and as a volunteer, you will experience every step of the process.

Ethics & Permits

All rehabilitation activities follow strict permit regulations.
Animals under rehabilitation are never displayed to the public.
Only non-releasable individuals are visible during guided visits, ensuring ethical, responsible conservation.

Our Partnership

We are proud to collaborate with several trusted rehabilitation partners, including Dullstroom Bird of Prey. Their expertise and long-standing commitment to conservation strengthen our impact across the Mpumalanga province.

Be Wild Family

The Be Wild Family is the French branch supporting Wildlife Paws. United by a shared commitment to wildlife protection, they raise awareness and help extend our mission through education, outreach, and community engagement.
